¼ cup sweet chili sauce
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs oyster sauce
2 tbs olive oil
600g rump steak, thinly sliced
1 red onion, cut into thin wedg
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 bunch of sweet baby broccoli
450g pkt microwavable jasmine rice
80g snow peas, trimmed
¾ cup cashews, toasted, chopped


  1. Combine the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce and oyster sauce in a small jug.
  2. Heat 2 tsp of the oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Stir-fry half of the beef for 2-3 minutes or until brown. Repeat with 2 tsp of the oil and remaining beef.
  3. Heat the remaining oil in the pan. Add the onion. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add the garlic and baby broccoli. Stir fry for 2 minutes or until tender.
  4. Meanwhile, heat the rice according to packet instructions.
  5. Return the beef to the pan with the snow peas, cashews and soy sauce mixture. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes or until heated through and well combined. Serve with the rice.
